April was a weird month. I'm not sure if it was fast or slow or somewhere in between or what, but all I know is it now May and it's getting dangerously close to the halfway mark of the year. I've heard that a lot of places in the world are stuck in perpetual winter, but here in sunny Southern California (she says with bitterness because would it kill the sun to take a break?) it's been as hot as mid-90 degrees (F) and as cold as 50-60 degrees (which is cold for me, yes I know I'm a wimp) and raining, so I don't really know where we're at.
Anyway, moving on from weather discussion, reading-wise this was a pretty decent month for me! I read a total of eleven books and most of them were pretty good. I've noticed that I've really been jumping around a bit in types of books I read, which I love because the more variety, the better. As always, below is just a collection of everything that I've done on the blog this past month. Let me know how your month was!
